On the occasion of the 111th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung, celebration meetings, photo, work and book exhibitions, film shows, reading sessions, symposiums and lecture meetings were held in Austria, Switzerland, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Thailand, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Italy, Nigeria, Russia, Bulgaria, Mexico, Egypt, Spain, the DR Congo, Germany, Czech and Sweden from April 7 to 15, 2023.
They were participated not only by figures from political parties, public organizations and the press but by members from organizations of friendship and solidarity with the DPRK and the Juche idea study groups. Congratulatory speeches were made at the events
Speakers highly praised that President Kim Il Sung, a prominent thinker and theoretician, a great revolutionary, a peerless veteran statesman, a genius of creation and construction and benevolent father of the DPRK people, was a peerlessly great person representative of the 20th century. They said that his was the brilliant life of a great person who devoted his all to the country and people and to the accomplishment of the cause of human independence. They also said that the immortal exploits performed by the President in accomplishing the cause of human independence would be immortal in the hearts of the world progressives.
They continued… The revolutionary cause of Juche started by President Kim Il Sung and led by Chairman Kim Jong Il is successfully carried forward by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un. The DPRK is sure to win victory in the cause of socialism as it is under the seasoned and wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The participants in the events looked round photos showing greatness and immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, their classic works and other photos, books and pictorials. They watched Korean documentary films and videos introducing the history of the DPRK people’s heroic struggle and the daily-developing Korea today.
The events held in Russia, Austria, the DR Congo, Switzerland, Nepal, Thailand and Denmark adopted congratulatory messages to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
