Banquets were held in Czech, Italy, Venezuela, Nigeria, Thailand, Austria, Poland, Mexico, Sweden and Egypt in celebration of Chairman Kim Jong Il’s 83^rd birth anniversary.

Present there figures of political and public and press circles and the members of the association of friendship with the DPRK and the Juche idea study organizations.

Those who participated in the banquets laid baskets of flowers and bouquets before the art work depicting President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and paid their respect.

Displayed at the venues were the immortal classic works of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and photos and books showing the struggle and good pictures of the DPRK people.

Speakers at the banquets noted that Chairman Kim Jong Il was the great leader, distinguished thinker and theoretician who rendered immortal services not only to the strengthening and development of socialist Korea but also the development of the world socialist movement, the communist movement.

They expressed their resolutions that they would actively conduct solidarity movement supporting the DPRK people’s struggle, stressing that the DPRK people will advance along the road of victory, registering fresh successes in the building of a powerful socialist country, holding aloft the banner of socialism under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
