Preparatory committees for celebrating the 113th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung were formed in Denmark, the UK, Thailand, Italy, Ethiopia, Belarus, Norway, Finland and Mongolia in the period from March 15 to31, 2025.
Figures of political and social circles and members of the associations of friendship with the DPRK and the Juche idea study organizations participated in the inauguration meetings. The meetings elected chairmen of the committees, set the periods of celebration and decided to hold colourful political and cultural events praising the President’s brilliant revolutionary life and immortal exploits.
Film show, symposium and multimedia presentation show were held in Bulgaria and Denmark respectively on March 12 and 15 on the occasion of the President’s 113th birth anniversary. A preparatory committee for celebrating the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea was formed in Belarus on March 20, 2025.
