E-seminar was held on July 29, 2020 in Russia under the sponsorship of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea on the occasion of the 19^th anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il’s official visit to Russia.
The seminar was participated by the chairman and members of the association.
Speeches were made under the titles “Adoption of the Moscow Declaration was urgent demand of the times”, “Moscow Declaration and independent politics of Russia”, “Moscow Declaration guarantees peace and stability in the northeast Asian region”, “Great Kim Jong Il’s visit to St. Petersburg and unforgettable moments”, “Great leader Kim Jong Il’s historic visit to Russia” and so on.
The speakers said that historic Moscow Declaration adopted in August 2001 served as an important guarantee for fresh development of the Russian-DPRK relations and a reliable foundation for ensuring stability in the northeast Asian region.
They said… Entering a new century, good Russia-DPRK relations established by Russian president Putin and Chairman Kim Jong Il of the DPRK National Defence Commission are now developing on a higher stage. We hope that Russia and the DPRK will achieve brilliant successes in different fields and continue ties of friendship between them by common efforts of their peoples, under the concerns of the top leaders in Russia and the DPRK.
