In the DPRK, young students fully realize their talents at schools and children’s palaces and the youth become heroes and doctors by devoting their youthful energy, stamina and enthusiasm at the sites of building socialism, at the posts for defending the country and at the universities. Indeed, they are “flowers of planet”, ” flowers of mankind”.
