Head of a delegation of the Thailand National Youth Department praised that only the DPRK gives love and prominence to the youth in 1996 when he attended a celebration held on the occasion of the 5^th anniversary of the Youth Day.

He said.

Young people in your country are the most vigorous force of the society. The Youth Day was instituted and thus the DPRK young people greet the day significantly every year.

Chairman Kim Jong Il made public the classic work Let Us Exalt the Brilliance of Comrade Kim Il Sung’s Idea on the Youth Movement and the Achievements Made Under His Leadership on the occasion of the 5^th anniversary of the Youth Day, thus inspiring the Korean young people to advance dynamically towards a rosy future.

The young people in your country achieve remarkable successes in the revolution and construction as they are under the warm love and wise leadership of the Chairman.
