    It was one day in May 2009 when the mountains and fields were being turning into green as the spring came.

    On this day The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who was visiting a factory in the northern area again together with Chairman Kim Jong Il looked around the factory and entered the exhibition hall where the products from the factory were displayed

    The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un with the Chairman saw the hard porcelains produced by the workers of the factory and taught to complete the work without any fault. But he suddenly stopped in front of a product.

    That product was newly produced one according to the request of the Chairman who asked the officials and the workers at the factory a few years to try in a new way. Watching the technical specifications and complicated technical terms, designs displayed on the computer screen one by one, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un grasped the advantage of the new product in a moment and thanked them for having done much work since then, saying the technical specifications of the product are in good level.

    In fact the technical specifications displayed on the computer screen were difficult to understand without expert technical knowledge.

    But the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un immediately understood the specifications on the computer without expert’s explanation.

    Looking at the impressed and excited officials, he praised them again, saying it was a great innovation as it must have taken much labour, resources and time to make one in the past but now it would take less labour and large quantity could be produced, sparing much resource. Then he asked about the opinions of their users.

    The officials said that the people who have used the products liked them, adding that an official from a certain unit saw the products and was very impressed.

    He asked them once more what that official’s opinion was.

    Feeling the kind-hearted affection of him who values the little success made by the producers, the officials said that he was so delighted that he said the producers were high-level technicians.

    Affirming them, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said it looks good in his own opinion, stressing that the main thing is the users opinion; if the users like it, then it was really good product.

    If the users like it, it is a good thing.

    The users are none other than the working people of the country.

    It is a saying that tells the kind-hearted affection, consistent view of the people of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who puts the people’s convenience in the first place even seeing a product and evaluates everything on the standard of the people’s demand and interest.

    That day the officials were awakened once more that the absolute standard of appraisal of a product is the people’s demand and interest and that it is the practical way of implementing Kim Jong Un’s noble view of the people to produce much more products which the people like and enjoy.
