    One day, Chairman Kim Jong Il was lost in thought for a while after seeing a newly produced documentary film. Saying that data on a patriotic merchant in Chongryon(General Association of Korean Residents in Japan) should be added in the film, he explained that, if the data were supplemented, the film would be wider in scope and better.

    Officials were moved by the ardent fraternal love and deep trust of the Chairman who saw that the data on an ordinary compatriot merchant were added in the documentary film that would be conveyed to posterity.

    Seeing the completed documentary film, he said that the film shows that, if one is faithful to the country, the latter will add lustre to his life and that faithful persons should be introduced in films so as to add brilliance to their life.

    Big sensation was caused among the Chongryon officials and the Korean compatriots in Japan who saw the film.

    They said with emotion that brilliance would be added for ever to their life only in the Chairman’s embrace.
