One day, President Kim Il Sung told officials that capitalists took great pleasure in making money but he took the greatest pleasure and interest in making comrades. Saying that his struggle to gather comrades started at Hwasong Uisuk School, the President informed them of the story in those days at Hwasong Uisuk School.

One day a football match between Hwasong Uisuk School team and the senior course pupils of the Koreans Exemplary Primary School was held. Towards the end of the match, a student, who played as a forward in Hwasong Uisuk School team ran into a player from the other side and injured his leg.

As soon as the match came to an end, the President carried him on his back to a doctor without delay.

Since then, the President shared board and room every day to nurse him. He also served him hot pepper paste, green peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes to stimulate his appetite while looking for cuttlebones and fish bones needed for his recovery.

People come to an understanding if they are tenderhearted and this inevitably makes them comrades.

Being delighted to see him well, the President told him let us advance on the road as the everlasting comrades while sharing will and helping and leading each other forward for the great cause of national independence, stressing that a person who shares his fate with others while sharing will, helping and leading each other forward on the road of revolution, who advances together remaining unchanged on the road of struggle is a comrade.

The student confirmed his determination to be an everlasting and genuine comrade of the President.

Thanks to the noble comradeship of the President who started the revolution with gaining comrades in the first period of the Korean revolution, the rank of new type revolutionaries, combined with comradely love and obligation, was provided, and with it as a base, the whole society has been changed into the rank of comrades centring on the leader.
