One October day in 2023 disabled person Ri Kuk Chol, a member of the Korean Art Association of the Disabled, was visited by lecturers from Kim Hyong Jik University of Education.
The lecturers helped Ri with sincerity when he studied at the e-faculty of the university. Ri was so glad as they gave a university diploma to him.
When educationists visited an ordinary disabled person to give him a university diploma, Ri shed tears of thanks.
