Organizations in many countries carried congratulatory statement and commemorative articles on the occasion of the 80^th founding anniversary of the Korean Children’s Union (KCU) on June 6, 2026.

The Swiss Organizing Committee in Praise of the Great Persons of Mt Paektu, the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Juche Idea Study Group made public a joint congratulatory statement to mark the 80^th founding anniversary of KCU. Extending congratulations to the KCU members who are growing up as masters of the future while giving fullest play to their beautiful dreams, hopes and talents to their heart’s content thanks to the care shown by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, the statement highlighted his boundless affection and benevolence bestowed to them.

The Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea posted on the website full text of Kim Jong Un’s immortal classic work Let Us March Towards the Future as a Powerful Country Under the Unfurled Flag of the Korean Children’s Union illustrated with his photo, and a multimedia presentation “Most Important State Affairs” showing the DPRK children who are growing up happily with nothing to envy in the world thanks to the noble outlook on posterity of Kim Jong Un who formulated it as the state policy to provide students and other children across the country with school uniforms, schoolbag, school things and dairy products on a regular basis on the full responsibility of the state, and gave energetic guidance to its implementation.

Besides, on the occasion of the 80^th founding anniversary of the KCU, the Swiss Juche Idea Study Group and the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in the Southern Region of Switzerland carried commemorative articles on the websites, the Society for the Study of Self-reliance of Pakistan carried on the website the article “Five Years for Posterity” and the Brazil Paektu Institute and the Brazilian Centre for the Study of the Juche Idea carried the news of the revolutionary activities of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who met and had a photo session with the KCU delegates to the commemorations of the 80^th KCU birthday.
